What is Chef?

Chef is the 6pm decision engine for households who want to cook from their own kitchen — but don't have the planning bandwidth.

How it works

  1. Snap a photo of your fridge — Chef sees what you have on hand.
  2. Get three dinner ideas you can actually make tonight.
  3. Tap or speak what you used after cooking, and Chef updates your inventory.

Markdown files in a YoChef/ folder on your own Google Drive hold every recipe, every preference, every consumed ingredient. Chef can only read files it created (drive.file scope) and stores nothing on our servers. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full picture.
